A reminder to our community residents that lawn maintenance of front yards, side yards, and boulevards flanking a property is the responsibility of the homeowner. The City of Edmonton is responsible for the maintenance of shrubs, trees, and mulch beds in boulevards as well as public park space within the community.

Street sweeping is shared between the developer, builder partners, and the City of Edmonton depending on stage of construction.
To find out when the City of Edmonton will be sweeping in front of your home, please click here.

Beaverbrook Communities has also just completed a sweep of the areas highlighted in the map of the community.

Both the Catholic and public school boards have approved new priority lists on March 19th, 2019, which they will send to the provincial government in hopes of project funding and approval.

There are two future school sites in ONE at Keswick and they are on both on priority lists for the Edmonton Catholic school board and the Edmonton public school board. With funding, we are priority number one for a Catholic K-9 school and priority number two for a public K-9 school.

Stay tuned for more when the provincial budget is announced, and click here to learn more about the school boards top picks.

The responsibility of clearing snow and ice from a community is shared by residents, builders, developers, and the City of Edmonton.
We work hard to ensure that all of our partners do their share to help keep our community safe and walkable.
We are currently working with the City of Edmonton to have the south side of Hiller Road cleared from 170th Street to 182nd Street.

Thank you for your patience as we have this remedied.
